The complainant, Witness 1, Witness 2, Witness 3, CCSM2, CCSM3, Child B's Mother, and Child C's Mother all indicated that Christina DelPizzo is not in the home on a daily basis and does not provide direct care and supervision of the children for a majority of the time they are in care. Christina DelPizzo did not have record of her attendance/absences until 5/2025. Her attendance sheet for 5/14/2025 - 8/14/2025 showed that she was not in the home for at least 51% of the time for 20 days. It also showed that she was not in the home from 6/22/2025 - 6/27/2025.
Staff and parents did not seem aware that Christina DelPizzo must be onsite and providing direct care and supervision of the children the majority of the time the children are in care. Parents were not notified of Christina DelPizzo's schedule or the days and times she would not be in the home providing care and supervision.
Menus were given to families in the handbook at enrollment. Staff asked permission prior to feeding children a treat. Child A's Mother signed the handbook and also gave permission for a treat.
Christina DelPizzo admitted to not keeping track of her attendance/absences from the home until 5/2025.
The child care is in good condition and the repairs are separated from the child use space. The licensee has been in contact with her licensing consultant during this time.
