On 05/17/2023 the complainant stated that the driveway is uneven, creating a trip hazard, and the children can lose their footing. The complainant said that no children have tripped or been injured in the driveway. The complainant provided two pictures of the driveway and one of the walkways from the backdoor that leads to the backyard. One picture of the driveway showed mulch around a small area that appeared to be a hole (I could not determine the size). The picture of the back walkway showed one brick missing from the walkway. 2 On 05/19/2023, I completed an onsite inspection. Ms. Hack stated that she has asked her landlord to fix the missing brick in the walkway leading to the backyard play area twice and the brick has not been replaced. She could not remember when the hole occurred due to the missing brick. No children have fallen or received an injury from the hole but she is concerned that a child may be injured. I explained that there were things that she could do to cover the hole to prevent the children from having access to the area until it can be repaired. Ms. Hack stated that the driveway is uneven, but she did not point out any holes in the driveway. The driveway is very long and I did not observe a hole in the driveway by the house or as I drove in the driveway.
