Two children need the doctor telephone number on their emergency card. This was corrected during the inspection when the parent sent the number to the provider.
There is a fill and dump pool in the backyard. This needs to be removed from the backyard as it has water in it. The provider states it is her grandson's pool and the daycare children do not use it. The provider is reminded that the daycare children may not use it and it may not be in daycare space if it has water in it.
