Licensing Specialist did not observe paper towels in the children's restroom. Corrected during inspection. The Provider's mother placed paper towels in the children's restroom.
Licensing Specialist observed a power strip with three electrical sockets not capped. Corrected during inspection. The Provider's mother capped the electrical sockets during the inspection.
Licensing Specialist did not observe the gate secured at the bottom of the basement steps. Corrected during inspection. The Provider's mother secured the gate during the inspection.

Licensing Specialist observed the Provider's aunt present and supervising children. The Provider's aunt was deleted on July 1, 2024 due to not having criminal background checks done within the past five years.
The Substitutes present did not know where the emergency forms were. The Provider arrived at 10:30am from an emergency situation and was able to provide the Emergency forms for the children present.

Upon arrival of inspection Licensing Specialist observed nine (9) children present. Corrected during inspection. One child left with a Substitute to her family child care home within 10 minutes of LS' arrival.
