At the time of the visit the program had the following hazards accessible and within reach of the children :wires in several of the classrooms were longer than 6 inches and in one of the children's bathrooms there was bathroom spray, plastic bags, and cleaner within reach of the children.

At the time of the visit the program did not have current curriculum posted and/or being implemented as the activities did not reflect the theme the educators stated. There were several missed verbal opportunities through the interactions to implement the curriculum.

At the time of the visit the Building Inspection was expired.
At the time of the visit the program had the following: (1) IHCP was expired since 2021, and (2) IHCP need parent signatures.
At the time of the visit the program had (1) educator purse accessible and within reach of the children and in the toddler/preschool classroom the chairs were stacked with (5) chairs in one and (4) in the second stack.
At the time of the visit (2) EPI Pens and (1) Inhaler was not in the original box with the prescription, (1) bottle of antihistamine was missing, and (1) bottle of antihistamine expired in 2022.

The allergy list posted in the classrooms was not up to date with the current information.
At the time of the visit the {REDACTED} children were outside and the three educators were sitting on a storage box with a blanket covering them not interacting with the children.
The staff schedule was posted however it was not current.
The following hazards were accessible and within reach of the children: cleaners underneath the sink in a cabinet, several swifter's with the cleaning solution in the children's bathroom, several purses in the classrooms, diaper cream under the changing table, wires and Christmas lights longer than 6 inches.
The following medication was missing and/or expired: (1) expired {REDACTED}, (1) missing {REDACTED} and the children's medication was not stored in a safe manner as it was hanging on hooks low enough for the children to reach in several of the classrooms.

At the time of the visit the attendance did not accurately reflect the number of children present in the classroom as 10 children were present however only 9 children were signed in on the attendance.
In the {REDACTED} bathroom the wall closest to the light switch and sink needs to be cleaned as the wall has many marks and the wall is discolored.
In the {REDACTED} classroom there was rubbing alcohol located under the sink in an unlocked cabinet accessible and within reach of the children.
