At the time of the visit the educator did not use a positive and nurturing tone when requesting the children be in line.
At the time of the visit the educators did not supervise the children during the following: prior to the children entering the bathroom the educator's did not check as a child from another program was in the bathroom and when the children were in the cafe the educator's were not aware of the children's activities.
