Toxic Substances
It was observed several times during the visit by EEC the children were not supervised while using the toileting facilities in the school building. The bathrooms were not checked prior to the children entering and the two-four children were allowed to access the bathroom at a time with the door closed.
The schedule posted was not a current one.
The following was missing and/or expired for the IHCP: (1) IHCP expired, (2) IHCP were missing the Dr. signature, and (1) was missing the parent signature.
During the visit there were several spray bottles for cleaning which were located on a cart in the cafe accessible and within reach of the children.
This monitoring visit inspection recorded no violations or advisories.
The staff meetings did not have the length of the meeting documented on the Agenda.
