At the tiime of te visit the Building and Fire Inspection are expired.
At the time of the visit the educators purses were accessible and within reach of the children.
The program has a staff record for each educator however three of the educator files do not have all of the EEC required paperwork (interviews, (2) verbal references, PQ registry, EEC Orientation, and EEC trainings).

Two of the IHCP plans did not have the following information: who was trained and who trained the individual to administer the life-saving medication, side effects of the medication, (1) IHCP plan requires the child to received [REDACTED] however the program did not have the [REDACTED] on-site, and (1) EPI pen was expired.
The following hazards were accessible and within reach of the children: in the classroom (1) purse was on a shelf and across the room on another shelf were educator purses in a basket and trash bags in an unlocked cabinet.

Emergency medications readily available
Throughout the program there were wires longer than 6 inches accessible and within reach of the children: water bubblier, radio, light table, and lamp.
In the classroom there were cleaners in a basket on the shelf and cleaning wipes in the bathroom.
The refrigerator for the program did not have a thermometer.
A heater frame was not securely attached to the wall in the classroom.
One EPI pen was in a child safety bag however it was very difficult to retrieve the EPI pen from the bag without assistance.
