1. The mulch under the {REDACTED} playground climbing structure was partially displaced and needs to be replenished. 2. The {REDACTED} playground fence evidenced gaps along the front large enough for a small child to get through. 3. Vehicular traffic coming through the parking lot continues to be a safety concern in terms of the safe arrival and departure of the children to/from the designated playgrounds.
Evacuation drills have not been conducted since April 2021.
