At the time of the visit, a current staff schedule was not posted in an area visible to parents' staff and visitors.
Documentation of an April 2026 emergency evacuation practice drill was not available for review.

1. Documentation of bi-monthly staff observations and an annual performance appraisal/evaluation were not available for review in a personnel record file. 2. Documentation of a current physical examination was not available for review in a personnel record file.
At the time of the visit, the daily attendance reflected arrival time for seven out of eight children present in the group. Departure time was not properly documented for two children at the time of departure.
An over-the-counter medication (Allergy-Relief) was expired as of 11/2024.

The program is licensed to care for eight children and at the time of the visit, the program was found caring for nine children. The program is in the process of requesting a capacity increase.
Cleaning products (Clorox wipes, Lysol spray bottle and Air freshener) were stored in an unlocked cabinet, accessible to children.
