Random review of children’s records. Licensor observed that Child {REDACTED} did not have topical medication listed. Child {REDACTED} and Child {REDACTED} did not have lead test on file.
Licensor observed that the regular assistant did not have a personnel file.
The educator did not exercise good judgement when she placed a {REDACTED} in a swing with a blanket. The blanket was below the child’s waist.
Licensor observed a {REDACTED} baby napping in a swing with a blanket inside the swing. This is the educator’s first safe sleep violation. She was told to re-take the EEC "Infant Safe Sleeping Practices" training under EEC Essentials within 10 days of this citation. A copy of the "SAFE SLEEP PARENT LETTER First Visit of Noncompliance Findings" must be given to the infant's parent to sign. The educator must sign the EEC’s “Provider Safe Sleep Pledge” .
