Licensor observed a small plastic bin with cables/cords that was on the floor accessible to children in the play room.
Outdoor Playspace - Hazards/Porches and Decks
-1: Licensor observed that the "mud kitchen" was not cleaned before being used by different groups of children. -2: Licensor observed that the pool gate has an 8 inch wide opening at the top and an additional rope lock that wraps around the gate which poses an entrapment and strangulation hazards. Closures wider than three inches at any point along the enclosure are not permitted.
