Review of the staff meeting log revealed that there was no documentation for Staff meeting in April or December of 2019.
On the day of the visit there was a group of 16 preschoolers in Room P-3 with one LT qualified Educator. There were 10 children in Toddler 2 room with two Educators at the time of the visit.

On the day of the visit there were snow suites and an Educator’s bag sorted in the bathroom area in T-1 within reach of children. This could pose a cross contamination issue.
