The program was missing a medication that was part of a child’s IHCP.
1) The program did not have written medication consents for all children who required them. 2) The program did not have signed parental consent for medication administration for all children who required it. 3) The program did not have an IHCP for all children who required one.

1- Medication consent of a child for nonprescription medication is missing name of medication. 2- A child’s medication consent form for EpiPen is missing parent signature. 3- A child’s IHCP is missing doctor’s authorization and is missing medication consent for Zyrtec.
In one of the preschool rooms the table was not washed and disinfected before lunch.

The program uses an electric bottle warmer to heat up bottles. During the visit the Licensor discussed with the infant educators the use of the bottle warmer and reviewed the bottle warming safety policy.
During the review of staff BRCs it was determined that a staff member was hired as an assistant and had been working at the program from September 2023 to February 2024 with a not provisionally approved BRC status. The Licensee terminated the staff employment on 2/16/2024 upon learning the staff suitability status.
