On the day of the visit, Educators A and B did not have current evidence of CPR and First Aid certification. The provider emailed the EEC that same day to state she was taking the course on Saturday and would send evidence afterwards.
A review of one child's records, along with discussions with the educators, revealed that the child has been REDACTED] diagnosed with allergies to [r. It was noted that no current Individual Health Care Plan (IHCP) was signed by both the child's parent and physician, as required. Additionally, the child's medication was not stored in its original container.
