At the time of the visit rest mats were stacked on top of a table and were covered with sheets/ blankets in the “Colt” and “Farmer” classroom., this is not considered safe and sanitary storage of bed linens.
When observing the playground the Licensor noted the following: 1. The swings did not have enough impact absorbing material (wood chips) in the use/fall zone. 2. The bottom of a slat on the wooden stockade fence was broken posing a potential hazard.
