All of the required items were observed in the first aid kit. Tested the combination smoke and carbon monoxide detector in the hallway and it did not work.
Licensor inspected all of the licensed, indoor space during the monitoring visit, as well as the outdoor playspace. The outdoor playspace is a fenced in area in the backyard. The only hazards were observed in the bathroom. There were hygiene products in the bottom drawer of the vanity and there were also hygiene products in the shower on a low shelf, making them accessible.
This monitoring visit inspection recorded no violations or advisories.

Outdoor Playspace - Hazards

The water temperature in the bathroom was 150F degrees. This is too hot as regulations state the temp must be below 120F degrees.
The only hazard that was observed in the outdoor playspace was that the sandbox was not covered.
Smoke Detectors
Educator tested the smoke detector in the hallway during the virtual visit and it did not work.
