Cited finding

Licensor inspected all of the indoor, licensed space during the visit, as well as the outdoor playspace. The following hazards were observed: ** PLAY ROOM **- no hazards ** FAMILY ROOM **- outlet not covered ** KITCHEN **- middle drawer in the island had choking hazards inside ** BATHROOM **- no hazards ** OUTSIDE **- small tractor and other large landscaping equipment in the back yard. Note that Educator has not been using the back yard since the construction began. However, the large equipment is still accessible.
