Equipment and materials visible, available, accessible
At the time of the visit the administrator was not present and the person in charge reported that she was out because she just had a baby.
During the visit the following were found: In the toddler/preschool room the floor under the table had food left over from lunch. There was hand sanitizer within reach of the children. Dollhouse in preschool/pre-k classroom is a tipping hazard.

There was a gate in the preschool/toddler classroom that divided the group and at the time of the visit one teacher was with the majority of the children.
The posted schedule was not current.
In the toddler/preschool room there was peeling paint.
The evacuation crib only had access to one exit.
At the time of the visit the exits and evacuation routes were not clear of obstructions.
