Educators did not ensure adequate supervision of five infants when an Educator walked out of the infant classroom, leaving another educator alone to supervise five children.
An educator did not supervise toddlers appropriately when the Educator was observed texting on her phone as a child required her attention. The child attempted to reach for her hand, but the Educator pulled away and continued to text. The Educator didn't provide attentive care.

The Director showed the Licensor how educators use a multifunction bottler warmer to warm bottles. Programs caring for infants must not use a crock pot (slow cooker), bottle-warming appliance, or microwave oven to warm infant bottles per EEC bottle-warming policy. The Director was reminded of the EEC bottle-warming policy and best practices.
