-On the left side of the walkway to the playground a piece of cement had nails and screws protruding out of it approximately 3 feet off the ground. -The entire playground is enclosed with fencing that is rotted, splintered, has large pickets missing and sharp broken pieces. -The wooden shade structure in the preschool playground has splintering and sharp wooden poles. The entryway stairs used to access the program has peeling treads that are in need of repair. There was peeling paint on the banister. The main entrance doors had a hazardous gap where the weather stripping is torn. In the younger toddler Sea Horse classroom there were scissors available in a drawer that were accessible to children and the safety latches in drawers were not working. The wall had a hole in it. There was rust on the bottom of the door. The rugs were dirty. In the older toddler classroom there was peeling and chipped paint on the ledge above the heating unit. The egress exit door had a hazardous gap in the door itself and there was rust on the bottom threshold. The window blinds were in disrepair. There was a child sized couch that had rips in it.
