One child with [REDACTED], which is given to the child as needed. Mediation Administration consent form and log is located in the child's file. [REDATCED] is located in the prescription box in the first aid kit on top of the refrigerator. Educator noted that the inhalers expiration date was May 2026 so the parents must provide the educator with a new one. Discussed the educator posting this medical condition and the location of the [REDACTED]
