Three of the records were reviewed at this visit. One file was missing proof of physical exam and another record was missing current lead test.
Carbon monoxide detectors were not located on the basement and second floor of the home. Carbon monoxide detectors must be installed on all of the floors and must be in working condition. The home has a playground structure. It was installed prior to 2010. The home has an in-ground pool. It was properly gated and locked. The educator reported the pool is not used with the daycare children. The smoke detectors were tested on all of the floors of the home. The water temperature was tested and it was reading below 120 degrees F.
