There was no cubbie or storage area for children’s belongings.
There was no thermometer for the refrigerator.
The grass was in need of mowing. The weeds along the side fence and behind the shed needed to be removed. The basement windows were not blocked off. The designated play area did not have adequate fencing along the back and sides.
