Individual Health Care Plan (IHCP)
In PREK 2 ORANGE, it was observed that a rest mat had a large rip in the material.
In SCHOOL AGE, it was observed that the tv cords were low-hanging and not secured.
In PRE-K 1 GREEN, it was observed that there were two holes in a window screen.
A review of classroom first aid bags indicated that all did not include a CPR mouthguard, one did not include scissors, and one did not include tweezers.
A review of six IHCPs indicated that one had recently expired. The Assistant Director stated that it was returned to the parent as it was missing information.
This investigation inspection recorded no violations or advisories.
