The fire drills were last documented in March. Practice of fire drills must take place once a month and the drills must be documented.
The educator did not have an individual health care plan for a child that has a special condition.
The educator is not completing progress reports. The progress reports must be completed every three months for infants and children with special needs, every six months for toddlers and preschoolers and once a year for school age. Please provide copy of completed progress reports.

The program had a small trampoline outdoors. Trampolines are prohibited.
