The building inspection and fire inspection were expired. The Director reported they had to finish all construction onsite before the inspectors would do an inspection. The construction is now complete and visits will be scheduled. The programs IPM plan is expired.

The Health inspection expired on January 1, 2023.
Chipping wooden fence on preschool playground. Tarp was in the sandbox when children were playing inside of it. Chipping paint and wood on picnic table. Head entrapment at the bottom right side of infant/toddler gate. Director reported that the fence is being replaced with plastic fencing.

Emergency medications readily available
Missing current progress reports for 2 children files reviewed.
Expired September 30, 2022. Director reported the inspection took place in the beginning of October 6, 2022 and is repairing some items that were not in compliance. They have to come and do a rein-spection.
Emergency medication was stored in the kitchen, not in the child's classroom.
This change of space visit inspection recorded no violations or advisories.
The child with emergency medication had a asthma action plan, but did not have a IHCP. Another child in the program had allergies documented in their physical. But did not have A IHCP or any documentation to notify staff members of the child's allergy.
Equipment is clean, safe, secured, and poses no hazard.

The shelves in the infant toddler room were not secured to the wall or other furniture. It was reported that cribs are used for toddlers and high chairs are used for toddlers.

On the day of the visit, the following items were identified as potential hazards: (1)The front door has rust at the bottom of the door. (2) In the Infant/Toddler room, the rug was buckled, posing a tripping hazard. (3)The cabinet in the toddler bathroom needs to be secured.

On the day of the visit, there was not evidence that staff meetings were occurring every month for at a minimum of 2 hours.
On the day of the visit, two classroom did not have accurate attendance at the time that the licensor was in the classroom.
During the observation of the Pre-K classroom, the licensor observed that two teachers were engaged with children at the front of the classroom and they could not see over shelving units to appropriately supervise the children in the back of the classroom.
