The water temperature was exceeding 120 degrees F. The water temperature was set to 121.5 degrees F. The water temperature needs to be adjusted to not exceed 120 degrees F. The program is using a different area for outdoor play. The area is barricaded, however, it is missing a gate. The gate needs to be at least four feet high and the play area must be completely enclosed. The stairs to the deck that leads to the outdoor play area did not have a handrail.
