The knobs on the stove in the kitchen were uncovered and accessible to the children. Two containers of rock salt, rusted trolley and shovels were accessible to the children.
A baseboard heater in the kitchen was observed to be broken and rusted.

This follow-up visit inspection recorded no violations or advisories.
There were hazards in the kitchen accessible to the children(an open trash bag, plastic bags, wraps, foils in a drawer, cleaning products under the sink, 3rd drawer down in the kitchen has a broken safety latch- sharp objects in that drawer, there were also loose cords hanging down in front of the TV in the kitchen accessible to the children) In the bathroom, the trash was not covered and accessible to the children. In the playroom there was one shelf that was a tipping hazard. In the living room there was diaper rash cream on the coffee table accessible to the children. Outside there was a riding toy that was broken and accessible to the children

This renewal - enhanced monitoring visit inspection recorded no violations or advisories.
There were 11 children present on the day of the visit. The educator stated she has been caring for school age children this week until camp starts next week. The educator has an assistant but she was not present and only works on Fridays
The educator and the children did not wash their hands when they came in from outside
The educator had several windows open throughout the house. They were accessible to the children and open from the bottom with no window guards in place preventing them from opening more than 3 inches
The Educator was alone with 11 children. Two children were under the age of 2 years old: 4 children were between the ages of 2 and 4 years old and 5 children were school age
