Licensor walked through indoor space and the following hazards were observed: There were sunscreen bottles located in an unlocked cabinet in the living room. In the kitchen, there were knives, batteries, scissors, and loose plastic bags in drawers/cabinets that were unlocked. In the bathroom, there were hair/hygiene products located in an unlocked cabinet. There was also paint cans and other similar items on the kitchen floor. Please make all listed items inaccessible and confirm once completed. Licensor walked through outdoor space and there were no hazards observed.

For future reference, please note that lead testing must be completed between 9-12 months and every year until the age of 4. Confirm once records are completed.
Educator reported that she does not document fire drills. Please ensure fire drills are completed monthly and it is documented. Please add plan on how this will be completed moving forward.

Licensor walked through the licensed space and the following hazards were observed: In the bathroom and kitchen, there uncovered trash cans. Please add covers or remove uncovered cans from licensed space. In drawers located in the kitchen and living room, there were hazards such as a sharp utensil, loose wires, batteries and scissors. Please remove all hazards from unlocked drawers. Confirm once all items are resolved. Licensor walked through outdoor space (back yard) and there were no hazards observed.
Napping materials were stored on cots, some of which were touching. Please create system where napping materials were stored separately and outline what that will be.
There was no barrier/gate on stairs leading to second floor. This was cited in the previous visit. Please add a gate to ensure children do not have access to stairs; ensure this barrier is up during child care hours. Please upload a picture once completed.

Please add a lock or make items inaccessible. Confirm once completed. Kitchen: There were cleaning products under the sink. There were other hazards, such as scissors and bags, in other drawers. Please add lock or make items inaccessible. There was also a knife block on the counter. Please move knife block and make inaccessible to childcare children during the day. Confirm once tasks are completed. Living Room- There was a TV that was not anchored. Please anchor to avoid a tipping hazard. There was a power strip that had uncovered outlets. Please cover all outlets. Confirm once tasks are completed.

Please ensure these are removed or tied up to avoid a chocking hazard. Living room- The television was not anchored. Please ensure this is anchored to avoid a tipping hazard. Basement- There was an outdoor slide inside this space. Please ensure all outdoor play materials are kept outdoors. There is also a chest that needs to be anchored.
