The following hazards were found: 1. There are accessible shampoo and hair products on the bathtub in the bathroom. 2. There is an unlocked cabinet under the bathroom sink with hair products and lotions, and other hazards accessible to children. 3. There is an unlocked drawer and an unlocked cabinet in the kitchen with cleaning supplies, knives, glue and other hazards accessible to children in the kitchen. 4. There are 2 unbolted shelves in the daycare room.
The first aid kit needs the CPR mouth guard and a thermometer.
