At the time of the visit the staff schedule was posted however it was not current with the names of the educators in the program.
At the time of the visit the staff were clustered together talking which unnecessarily diverted their attention from supervising the children on the playground. The children were spread out on the field, behind the trees, and behind the bike rack. Several children were wrestling and no one intervened.
This follow-up visit inspection recorded no violations or advisories.
At the time of the visit the program had (3) Educators with expired First Aid and (2) educators who have not received the trainnig within the first 6 months of employment.
At the time of the visit (1) IHCP was expired, (2) did not have all of the required information and (1) IHCP did not have a parent signature.
At the time of the visit the program did not have their labtop to access the children's records when requested by EEC.
At the time of the visit (3) IHCP were expired and (1) IHCP needed a parent signature.
