At the time of the visit several of the educators did not have evidence of First Aid in their file.
At the time of the visit the program did not have staff files for the educators assisting on the half day, several of the files did not have evidence of qualifications (degree/diploma and work verification), and missing interview.
At the time of the visit the program did not have the practice fire drill log available for EEC to review.

At the time of the visit the Budget was not current in the document library.
At the time of the visit the program was not aware of the all the children's activities when the children go between the rooms.
