The assistant did not wash the children's hands after diapering. The assistant used the sink used for food preparation for hand washing after diapering. Facilities used for hand washing after diapering or toileting must be separate from facilities and areas used for food preparation and food service.
The water temperature measured over 120 degrees.

There was one child's enrollment packet that was not completely filled out.
There were two drawers in the kitchen that had hazards accessible to children (plastic bags, foils with serrated edges, etc.). There were child proof locks on these drawers, but the locks were broken. The educator replaced them during the visit.
The Educator's attendance records reflect seven children being present on multiple occasions. The Educator is only licensed to care for 6 children.
