Emergency medications readily available
During the visit, the temperature of the water in the portable sink in the infant room was above 120 degreees.
One child's inhaler was expired in the school age room.
It was observed that the classroom backpack containing three emergency medications was left in the classroom, and the medications were not readily available for a group of toddlers in the gross motor area.

During a review of staff records, it was found that two educators are missing staff information forms, two educators are missing physicals, one educator is missing a record of MMR, one educator is missing a staff records checklist, and one educator does not have documentation of qualifications.

Supervision of Children
During a review of children's records, it was found that two children are missing evidence of an annual physical, one child is missing an immunization record, and four children are missing the EEC Transportation Plan. For chidren with chronic medical conditions, one child is missing an Individual Health Care Plan (IHCP) and medication consent form. One child is missing a parent signature on the IHCP and medication consent form.
Staff child ratio was not met in the Toddler 3 group while outside. There was one educator with 9 children in the outdoor space for approximately 10 minutes before the 2nd educator returned to the group.
Two school-age children were not being supervised in the school-age room. Director reported that the children are homeschooled and that the children's parent works in the program. The Licensor informed the Director that homeschool children cannot attend the program during the school day.
