A review of the program's Staff Record Checklist indicates the following: -One educator and three administrators do not have a listed EEC Essentials 2.0 training completion date. -Two educators do not evidence of MMR immunity identified and a third educator only has one dose. -Seven educators do not have indication as to whether they are qualified under Minimum Hiring requirements or if they have received EEC certification.

The program did not have a visible and current Staff Schedule posted for parents and visitors to easily see in each building. During the visit the Director stated that two educators left the program this past Friday.
