In the kitchen, there was chipping and peeling paint on the furniture and on the window.
The educator did not wash their hands or the children's hands before or after handling/eating food.
This follow-up visit inspection recorded no violations or advisories.

Children’s records were reviewed for the five enrolled children. Three children had missing or incomplete information under the "General Permission (Basic Transport)" and "Transport to a Medical Facility and Receive Emergency Medical Treatment" and Emergency Card sections. Additionally, one child was missing lead screening information.
