The educator submitted 15 hours of professional development. Please submit the additional 15 hours with response.

The first aid kit had almost all of the required items, but was missing tape and a gauze roll. Educator also needs to update some of the children’s emergency contact forms.

Childrens Records - R Apr 2025
Educator stated that Worcester Comprehensive has the progress reports that were recently completed. Educator uses the Ages and Stages questionnaire for her progress reports. There are currently 3 children that need a completed progress report.
Licensor reviewed 5 of the children's records. Three of these were missing all medical information (physical and immunizations). Educator stated Worcester Comprehensive did not provide her with this information when the children enrolled. Licensor encouraged Educator to discuss this issue with Worcester Comprehensive. In 1 record the child needed updated lead testing and a signature was missing in the enrollment packet on Pg. 6 under Basic Transport. Please ensure that all children's records are complete and up to date.
