The educator installed a fall zone under the swing set, however the depth is not compliant. Please add 2 inches of mulch for correct depth. The fall zone is not 6 feet all around the structure. Discussed being 4 feet on the back and 4 feet on the right side of the structure. Please extend the fall zone to 6 feet on all sides. Please call licensor for inspection when corrective action is implemented.
