Safe Sleep
A three month old infant was observed sleeping in an infant seat with a blanket and a plush toy attached to the pacifier. Discussed regulations. The educator and assistant need to re-take the safe sleep training. Safe Sleep Parent Letter needs to be signed by the infant’s parent.
