The attendance for the day was not completed when the licensor arrived. The Educator completed it while the licensor was present

The licensor observed 2 drawers and 1 cabinet the did not have locks or were not locked that contained hazards such as: Saran wrap(serrated edges), a drawer with a peeler, cheese grater and other cooking utensils with sharp ends and sharp knives in an unlocked cabinet
