In the bathroom there was mouthwash accessible on the sink, there were children’s bikes accessible in the bedroom. The AC cord in the bedroom was accessible and the heat system in the bedroom was large enough for a child’s hand to fit in

There are cords longer than 6” accessible to children in a cabinet. A kitchen drawer containing a pizza cutter and grater was accessible to children. The water temp was 130, higher than the max of 120 allowed by EEC. Shampoo and lotions were accessible to children in the bathroom. The trash can in the bathroom is not covered.
There are plastic yard chairs blocking the back up exit.

The licensor observed the following: living room: wires on the windowsill, cords for a lamp in corner are accessible there is body lotion and open toothpaste in the bathroom and one of the bedrooms has a fan and a cord accessible and the floor is cluttered making the space not usuable. There is an electric scooter accessible in the hallway
