A review of three Children's Records during the visit indicated the following: -Three records did not contain current and complete enrollment forms, developmental history forms, first aid and emergency release forms, or transportation plans. -One record did not contain evidence of a child's (REDACTED).
The program did not have evidence of fire/evacuation drills conducted for the months of November and December 2024. The program must hold practice evacuation drills with all groups of children and all educators from each floor level of the approved space at least monthly. Drills must be held during different times of the program day, and must use alternative exits. The educator must document the date, time, exit route used, number of children evacuated and effectiveness of each drill.

A review of three Staff Records during the visit indicated the following: -Three records did not contain evidence of verification of two references prior to hire and start date. -Two records did not contain evidence of a current Professional Qualification Registration (PQR). -One record did not contain evidence of completion of EEC Essentials training through Strong Start. -One record did not contain evidence of a current physical examination.
