The licensor reviewed 5 of the children's records. The following were observed: 1. Two of the children's record is not complete. There is information not filled out (pages4-5). The same children did not have the schedule filled out stating days, arrival, and departure time. 2. One of the children's records is not updated. The same child's schedule is not updated; the child is school age, and the child's schedule says 7:am to 3:30 pm Monday and Wednesday. The child's schedule should be 3 pm-5 pm
