The educator did not have the required posting for one child enrolled who has a life saving mediation.
Children's Records
The licensor reviewed 3 of the children records. The following were observed: 1.One of the children record is not up to date when the child individual health care plan is not renew. The child has an epipen from 2023 and the individual health care plan is due to be renew. 2.One of the children record is not accurate when the enrollment did not list that the child is allergic to peanut or that the child has a regular medication. (see page 4 of enrollment). 3.One of the children did have evidence of a physical. The last physical was 7/2024.
