At the time of the visit the program did not have (2) bottle of antihistamine for children with life saving medications. One educator did not have the child's seizure medication with them while the child was in the pool area.

At the time of the visit (1) brc for an educator was expired and (2) educators did not have a BRC.

At the time of the visit EEC observed several educators engaging in other activities that were unnecessarily diverting their attention from supervising the children.
At the time of the visit one educator was not interacting with a child in a positive manner as the educator yelled at the child.
Supervision of Children
During the visit it was observed by EEC the program is not supervising the children when they walk down the hallway out of sight to their belongings and the program does not have sufficient supervision when the children are using the restrooms.

Staff meetings have only been scheduled for every other month for the preschool program rather than monthly as required.

At the time of the visit the program had (1) bottle of antihistamine missing and one medication located in the educators first aid bag was supposed to be in a secured and locked place out of reach of the children all times.
