EEC Licensor observed that the preschool playground equipment contained several rusted sections that need repair.
The staff record review reflected the following: 1) A record contained insufficient evidence of MMR immunity. 2) Four records lack sufficient evidence of ongoing bi-monthly observations. This observation was previously noted during a visit to the program on 4/7/25. Please ensure to complete bi-monthly observations on schedule.
