An unanticipated non-prescription for mild symptoms that was prescribed as part of a child's Individual Health Care Plan was not on site. Additionally, an emergency medication was not stored in its original container. Please ensure all unanticipated non-prescriptions prescribed in an Individual Health Care Plan are on site at all times and ensure all prescription medications are in the containers in which they were originally dispensed with their original labels affixed.
