Attendance Recording and Group Sizes/Ratios
In the {REDACTED} classroom there were (7) children however only (6) children were signed in on the attendance.
At the time of the visit the following was missing from the staff files: one educator did not have documentation of completing the Essential 12 Module training as the program has requested from the educator and some of the files did not have documentation of (2) references and interviews. The templates were emailed to the program on 5/31/23 and again on 5/17/24.
