Cited finding
The educator has added a fence to the outdoor space. A fence is required because the home is located near a large body of water. During this inspection, licensor Barros was not able to clearly see (measure) the height of the fence. Licensor Barros has requested for the educator to submit a picture of those measurements. The educator must also remove the water hose from the fenced in play area. The outdoor fenced in area was fully barricaded and fence is permanently installed. The deck will only be used to access the fenced in outdoor space. The deck must include a barrier at the bottom of the stairs. Please provide a picture.
